I am a first-year graduate student in the NACS program. I earned my undergraduate degree in Neuroscience at UMD. During my undergraduate studies, I worked in Dr. Herberholz's lab, focusing on the gut-brain axis and its effects on behavior, specifically studying the administration of tryptophan in crayfish. As a graduate student, I plan to further build on this research under Dr. Herberholz's mentorship
