NACS alum Dr. Kathryn Toppin joined the Institute for Defense Analyses (IDA) as a Research Staff Member in the Operational Evaluation Division of IDA’s Systems and Analyses Center. The IDA is a nonprofit corporation that operates three federally funded research and development centers in the public interest.

Kathryn earned her PhD in 2016 and was advised by Dr. Nathan Fox.
