Congratulations to NACS faculty Dr. Yasmeen Faroqi-Shah and Dr. Yi Ting Huang, Professors of Hearing and Speech Sciences, and Dr. Naomi Feldman, Professor of Linguistics, for receiving AIM seed grants! The grants were selected through the Artificial Intelligence Interdisciplinary Institute at Maryland's (AIM) 2026 Research Seed Award Program, which fund projects by faculty from across UMD who are advancing AI innovation in ways that uplift society.
